Mill Creek Regional Park, Kelowna Photos
Mill Creek Regional Park is located in the city of Kelowna, which is the largest city in the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, Canada. It is one of the best hikes in Kelowna and is a dog-friendly trail. The hike takes around 30 minutes to an hour to complete and is approximately 2.6km long. The trail features several waterfalls and swimming holes where one can relax or take a chilly dip. The park features a small parking lot and can be busy on weekends, so it is recommended to visit on weekdays if possible.
The trail features a couple of wooden bridges for crossing the creek, as well as a curved wooden boardwalk that meanders through the forest.
The are three cascading waterfalls along the trail to stop and enjoy.
There is a spot at the top of the waterfall where you can jump into a deep pool as long as the water is low. Do not attempt to jump in spring or early summer.
